Camelback Inn Cucumber Mojito
Imagine relaxing by the pool on a balmy spring evening. Add to that a delicious cocktail with a bit of rum and a bit of mint and you have the perfect end to a perfect day. Camelback Inn shares their favorite mojito recipe that keeps guests coming back
What You’ll Need
2 ounces rum
5 slices cucumbers (skinned)
3 lime wedges
1 sprig fresh mint
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 ounce carbonated lemon-lime beverage
Muddle cucumber with lime wedges, mint, rum and sugar. Fill glass with ice. Splash with carbonated beverage.
Serve in a 12-oz Hurricane glass. Garnish with mint and cucumber slice.
